Product · Multi-step campaigns

One sequence. Every step LinkedIn and email allow.
Branch on accept, on reply, on whether an email was found.

Write the campaign once. Visits, connection requests, messages, InMail, comments, voice notes, then enrichment and email in the same flow. Cadency spreads it across your senders and mailboxes and keeps every account under its ceiling.

Email and data

From your Google and Microsoft mailboxes

  • Enrich lead

Waterfall lookup for a verified work email.

  • Send email

From one of your connected mailboxes.

  • Follow-up email

    Same thread, if no reply.

Conditions and timing

The sequence adapts to each lead

  • Wait

    Days, not minutes, between touches.

  • If already connected

    Branch on connection status.

  • If accepted

Branch once the request goes through.

  • If email found

    Branch on the enrichment result.

  • If replied

Branch on a reply, on any channel.

  • Stop and hand off

End the sequence, keep the thread in the inbox.

What it does

  • LinkedIn steps

Visit, connect, message, InMail, comment on the last post, voice note, like, follow. Every action a person could take, in the order you choose.

  • Email steps

Enrich the lead, branch on whether a verified email was found, send, wait, follow up in the same thread, stop on reply.

  • Branches

Already connected, open profile, email found, replied. The sequence adapts to each lead instead of forcing one path.

  • Delays in days

Touches are spaced like a human would space them, and each step lands inside the sender's working hours.

  • Human approval where it matters

AI-drafted comments wait for a click. Nothing public goes out under a sender's name without someone signing off.

  • Templates you can copy

Duplicate a sequence that works into a new campaign or a new client workspace and adapt the copy.

How it works

  1. 01

    Pick the steps

Drag LinkedIn and email steps into one flow. Each step has its own delay, in days, and its own conditions.

  2. 02

    Write once, personalize per lead

Variables from the lead, the company and the enrichment. AI drafts openers and comments where you allow it, and only there.

  3. 03

    Assign senders

Choose which LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes carry the campaign. Rotation assigns each lead to one sender for the whole thread.

  4. 04

    Launch inside the ceilings

The sequence starts immediately and paces itself: every action waits for room under the sender's daily cap and working hours.

Approvals

AI drafts. You approve.

Comments you approveAI

Cadency drafts a relevant comment on the lead's latest post. Nothing goes live until a human signs off.

Huge milestone, congrats to the whole team. Curious how you are thinking about scaling the GTM motion from here.

Branching

The sequence adapts to each lead.

A campaign is a tree, not a list. Four conditions cover almost every outbound flow, and each branch can carry its own steps, delays and copy.

  • If already connected: skip the request, message on day one.
  • If open profile: send a free InMail instead of waiting for an accept.
  • If email found: enrichment ran, a verified address exists, the email branch can start.
  • If replied: stop the sequence and hand the thread to the inbox, or continue with a different message.
  • If accepted after N days: the request went through late, resume from the message step rather than restarting.

LinkedIn and email together

One flow, two channels, one thread.

Most teams run LinkedIn and email in separate tools with separate lists and separate inboxes. In Cadency they are steps in the same campaign, so a lead who ignores a connection request can get an email three days later, and a reply on either channel ends up in the same conversation.

  • Enrich in parallel: the email lookup runs while the connection request is pending, so the fallback is ready when you need it.
  • Same lead, same sender: the person who visited the profile is the person whose name is on the email.
  • Follow-ups stay in thread on email and in the same conversation on LinkedIn.
  • Replies on any channel stop the other channel for that lead.

Pacing

Delays in days. Actions inside working hours.

Every step waits at least the delay you set, then runs at a natural moment inside the sender's working hours and time zone, and only if the account has room left under its ceiling for that action type. A campaign never fires a burst.

Approvals

AI drafts. A human signs off.

Comments on a lead's post and AI-scripted voice notes are public, in the sender's name, so they queue for approval. You see the draft, the post it answers, and three buttons: approve, regenerate, reject. Nothing public leaves without a click.

  • Approvals are batched in one queue across campaigns and senders.
  • Anyone with the right role can approve, not only the account owner.
  • Direct messages and emails you wrote yourself do not need approval.

Reporting

Questions

Before you ask.

Can one campaign mix LinkedIn and email?+

Yes. A typical flow visits and connects on LinkedIn, enriches the lead for an email in parallel, and falls back to email when the connection request is not accepted. Replies from either channel land in the same inbox thread.

What happens when a lead replies mid-sequence?+

The sequence stops for that lead by default and the conversation moves to the inbox, tagged by interest. You can also branch on the reply instead of stopping.

Are AI steps mandatory?+

No. Comments and voice notes can be written by you, drafted by AI for your approval, or left out entirely.

How does the campaign choose which sender acts?+

Rotation. Each lead is assigned to one of the campaign's senders so the whole thread comes from the same person, and volume is balanced against each account's ceiling.
