Product · Unified inbox

Every reply, every sender, every channel.
One inbox the whole team works from.

Replies from ten LinkedIn accounts and four mailboxes land in one place, threaded with the sequence they came from, tagged by interest and assignable to whoever should answer. Nobody logs into anyone else's account.

What it does

  • One thread per lead

LinkedIn messages and emails with the same person sit in one conversation, with the campaign and the step that produced each message.

  • Interest tags

Interested, question, later, not now. Tagged automatically on arrival, editable in a click, filterable across every campaign.

  • Assignment

Hand a conversation to a teammate. They answer as the original sender, so the prospect never sees a handover.

  • Reply as any sender

Anyone with the right role can answer on behalf of any connected account, without knowing its password.

  • Private by design

Only conversations started from Cadency appear. A sender's personal inbox stays personal.

  • Search and export

Search across senders and campaigns, export conversations, or pull them through the API into your CRM or ATS.

How it works

  1. 01

    A reply arrives

On LinkedIn or by email, from any connected sender. Cadency matches it to the lead and the campaign.

  2. 02

    It is tagged

Interested, question, later, not now. The sequence stops for that lead unless the campaign branches on replies.

  3. 03

    Someone owns it

Assign to a teammate or keep it. The owner answers as the original sender.

  4. 04

    It leaves a trace

Export the conversation or pull it through the API into your CRM or ATS, with its tag and its campaign.

One conversation per lead

Channels are a detail. The person is the thread.

A conversation is keyed on the lead, not on the channel or the account. A LinkedIn message, the email that followed it and the reply that came back by email sit in one thread, in order, each labelled with the step and the sender that produced it.

  • Switch channel in the reply box: answer a LinkedIn message by email if that is where the lead is more likely to see it.
  • The campaign context is one click away: which sequence, which step, which variant.
  • Notes and internal comments stay internal, never sent.

Working as a team

Assign, hand off, answer as anyone.

The inbox is shared but conversations have owners. Assign a thread to the rep who should close it, to a recruiter who runs the search, or to yourself. Whoever owns it replies as the original sender, so the prospect never notices a handover and nobody needs anyone else's password.

  • Filters: mine, unassigned, interested, by campaign, by sender, by channel.
  • Unread and waiting-on-us states so nothing sits for three days.
  • Roles decide who can read, who can reply, who can reassign.

Privacy

Only what Cadency started.

A connected LinkedIn account keeps its personal inbox private. Only conversations that began from a Cadency campaign appear in the workspace, and disconnecting an account removes its access without deleting the conversations the team already worked.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does the inbox show a sender's whole LinkedIn inbox?+

No. Only conversations that started from a Cadency campaign appear. Personal messages on the account stay out of the workspace.

Can several people work the inbox at the same time?+

Yes. Assignment prevents two people answering the same thread, and every conversation shows who owns it.

What happens when someone replies by email to a LinkedIn thread?+

It joins the same conversation. Threads are keyed on the lead, not on the channel.
