Compare · Expandi

Cadency vs Expandi.
Per account, or per plan.

Expandi is cloud LinkedIn automation priced per account: $99 a month per LinkedIn account, $79 on annual billing, each with its own dedicated country-based IP and Profile Auto Warm-up. Workspaces, teammates, a Global Inbox and Shared Campaigns are included on every plan, and email steps send over SMTP. It is one of the easiest tools in the category to learn. The difference is what the seat price does when one account becomes ten. Cadency includes a block of LinkedIn senders in the plan, rotates one campaign across all of them alongside your mailboxes, prices email by published monthly volume and adds a native prospect database, with unlimited users.

Why teams pick Cadency

  • LinkedIn senders are in the plan

Five on Small Team, twenty on Scale, at $39 or $25 each beyond. Expandi bills every connected account as a $99 seat; here the first block is already in the price, and teammates who only read replies cost nothing.

  • Volume without the per-account multiplier

A team with twenty LinkedIn accounts pays $699 a month on Scale. On Expandi that is twenty seats at $99, or $79 each on annual billing, unless sales quotes a discounted Agency price.

  • Comments and voice notes in the sequence

Comments on the lead's last post, drafted by AI and approved by you, and voice notes sit in the same sequence as visits, invites, messages, InMail, likes and follows. Expandi lists a long set of LinkedIn actions, but no comment-on-post action and no voice note.

  • Rotation with one face per lead

One campaign is spread across every LinkedIn sender and every mailbox by remaining ceiling, and each lead sees a single person from the first visit to the last follow-up. Expandi's Shared Campaigns also spread leads across several LinkedIn accounts; the difference here is that mailboxes rotate inside the same campaign. Ambassador accounts are available on demand when you need more capacity than you have accounts.

  • Email priced by volume

Google and Microsoft mailboxes with warm-up, unlimited mailboxes rotated inside the same sequence as LinkedIn, priced by volume: 100k, 500k, 1M or 2M emails a month. Expandi has native email steps over SMTP, but we found no email warm-up or volume tier, and it is still priced per LinkedIn seat.

  • Prospect data in the same tool

Native people and company search with waterfall enrichment paid per verified hit, plus CSV and Sales Navigator imports. Expandi takes the lists you bring: CSV, a LinkedIn search URL or Sales Navigator.

Where Expandi wins

It is not always us.

  • One person, one account

If you are one person automating one LinkedIn account with straightforward drip logic, Expandi's simplicity is the feature, and $99 a month, or $79 on annual billing, is less than Cadency's $199 Small Team plan.

  • You run several LinkedIn accounts and stay on LinkedIn

Expandi's Workspaces, Global Inbox and Shared Campaigns cover what most multi-account LinkedIn teams need: one inbox across every account, one campaign spread over several accounts in daily batches sized to each account's limit, and roles for teammates that do not add seats. From 10 seats the Agency plan adds a volume discount, a dedicated CSM, white label and client reports. If your outreach is mostly LinkedIn, that is a real answer, and the seat price is the main thing to weigh.

  • Email is a light follow-up, not a volume channel

Expandi's native email steps, sent from a mailbox you connect by SMTP with an "if email opened" condition, are enough for a light email follow-up, and you pay only for the LinkedIn seats. Cadency earns its price when email is a volume channel with many mailboxes and a published monthly volume.

  • A friendlier first run

Expandi's interface is friendlier for a first-time user, its learning materials are among the best in the category, and the 7-day free trial makes it easy to test. Cadency opens access on request and has no free trial.

  • Personalized images are central to your playbook

Expandi offers personalized images and GIFs through Hyperise and personalized video through Sendspark, both paid add-ons. Cadency does not do them; its personalization goes into AI drafted comments and voice notes instead.

  • You value years of edge cases handled

Expandi's support depth and its handling of edge cases come from a long time in the market, and that is worth something when a campaign misbehaves late on a Friday.

What does Expandi cost once you run several accounts?

Expandi lists its Business plan at $99 per LinkedIn account (seat) per month, $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day free trial and all features. One seat equals one connected LinkedIn account, and teammates and roles do not add seats. Five accounts are therefore $495 a month, or $395 on annual terms. Twenty accounts are $1,980, or $1,580 on annual billing. Expandi also lists a custom Agency plan from 10 seats with a volume discount, a dedicated CSM, white label, client reports and roles, quoted by sales, so a larger team may negotiate below list price, but no figure is published. Cadency prices the plan, not the account: Small Team includes five LinkedIn senders for $199 a month, Scale includes twenty for $699, and each extra sender is $39 or $25. Teammates are free in Cadency, and on Expandi they are free too: only connected LinkedIn accounts add seats.

How deep does each tool go on LinkedIn?

Expandi automates a long list of LinkedIn actions: connection requests, messages, InMail and Open InMail, profile visits, follows, post likes, skill endorsements, event invites, company follow invites, group messages and engaging with a recent post, plus email steps. They are arranged in a drip campaign with nine IF conditions, such as if connected, if followed, if visited profile, if email opened and if post liked. Personalized images and GIFs come through the paid Hyperise add-on and video through the paid Sendspark add-on. Voice notes are not listed, and we found no comment-on-post action. Cadency runs eight step types: profile visit, connection request, message, InMail, comment on the lead's last post, voice note, like and follow. Comments are drafted by AI and approved by you before they go out, so a sequence can engage a lead's content before asking for anything. Conditions branch on connected, replied or email found, with waits and A/B splits, and email steps sit in the same sequence as the LinkedIn ones.

How is account safety different in practice?

Both tools send from the cloud with a dedicated IP or proxy per account and a warm-up phase. Expandi assigns a dedicated country-based IP to each seat and runs Profile Auto Warm-up on both plans, and its limit ranges and working hours can be adjusted per account. Cadency sets per-sender ceilings and pacing on every LinkedIn sender, assigns a dedicated proxy to each, and handles checkpoints when LinkedIn asks an account to verify itself. Because one campaign runs across the whole pool, capacity is spread by remaining ceiling; Expandi's Shared Campaigns do something similar for LinkedIn accounts, sizing 24-hour batches to each account's daily limit. LinkedIn publishes none of its thresholds, so neither tool can promise immunity. The difference is mostly how much is preset: Cadency enforces ceilings for you, while Expandi exposes adjustable ranges per account.

Cadency rows use monthly billing: Small Team $199 with 5 LinkedIn senders, Scale $699 with 20, $25 per additional LinkedIn sender on Scale, 1M emails for +$175 and 2M for +$300. Annual billing takes 30% off. Expandi rows multiply its listed Business price, $99 per LinkedIn account per month or $79 on annual billing, by the number of accounts, since each connected LinkedIn account is one seat. Expandi's Agency plan starts at 10 seats with a volume discount and no published price, so teams of ten or more may negotiate below these figures. Expandi figures cover LinkedIn seats only: it sends email over SMTP from a mailbox you connect, but we found no email volume tier or email warm-up to price. Questions

Cadency or Expandi?

How much does Expandi cost in 2026?+

Expandi lists $99 per LinkedIn account (seat) per month, $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day free trial. Each connected LinkedIn account is one seat, so ten accounts are ten seats: $990 a month, or $790 on annual terms, and teammates and roles do not add seats. A custom Agency plan from 10 seats adds a volume discount, a dedicated CSM, white label and client reports, and is priced by sales. Cadency starts at $199 a month for five LinkedIn senders and 100k emails, with unlimited users. Expandi prices checked on 30 September 2026.

Is Cadency or Expandi better?+

For one person running one LinkedIn account, or a small team that stays on LinkedIn and wants Workspaces, a Global Inbox and Shared Campaigns at a per-seat price, Expandi is a strong pick: $99 a month per seat, a friendly interface and a 7-day trial. For a team that runs LinkedIn and email at volume, Cadency: LinkedIn senders are included in the plan, email is priced by published monthly volume with unlimited mailboxes rotated inside the same campaign, and comments on last posts, voice notes and a native database with waterfall enrichment are built in.

Does Expandi send email?+

Yes, via SMTP. Expandi's Business plan includes multichannel outreach (connections, messages, emails): you connect a mailbox by SMTP, either a Gmail app password or a custom SMTP server, email follow-ups thread by subject, and "if email opened" is available as a condition. We found no email warm-up and no email volume tier, and Expandi is still priced per LinkedIn seat, so the figures on this page count LinkedIn seats only. Cadency runs email and LinkedIn in one campaign: Google and Microsoft mailboxes with warm-up, unlimited mailboxes rotated inside the same campaign, and 100k to 2M emails a month depending on the plan. Expandi facts checked on 30 September 2026.

Is Expandi priced per account or per user?+

Per LinkedIn account (seat). Each connected account is one $99 seat, $79 on annual billing, and teammates and roles do not add seats. Workspaces, a Global Inbox and Shared Campaigns, which run one campaign across several accounts, are included on every plan. Cadency is priced per plan: Small Team includes five LinkedIn senders, Scale includes twenty, extra senders are $39 or $25 a month, and users and mailboxes are unlimited and free.

Does Expandi have a free trial?+

Yes, Expandi offers a 7-day free trial on its Business plan, with all features. Cadency does not run a free trial; access is private and opens on request, so the first step is a short call rather than a signup form. If trying a tool before speaking to anyone matters to you, that is a point for Expandi.

Can I move Expandi campaigns to Cadency?+

Yes. Export your leads from Expandi as CSV and import them into Cadency, or rebuild the audience from a Sales Navigator search or the native database. Sequences are rebuilt in the campaign builder: the same invite, wait and message logic, plus steps Expandi does not list, such as comments on the lead's last post and voice notes. Dedicated support is included on both plans.
